Titles get cut; descriptions get folded
A 98-character title can be legal and still fail in search because YouTube and Google clip around 70. This counter shows both the hard 100 and whether you have crossed the usual cut. The description box shows the 157-character snippet so chapters and URLs are not the only thing Google displays.
Links still work below the fold, but the first line is what a browsing session sees. Write that line like a meta description, then paste chapters and credits underneath.
Timestamps and chapters
Chapter lines (`0:00 Intro`) belong after the snippet if the first 157 is for a search hook. If the video is a tutorial, leading with `0:00` can still be the right snippet — just decide which job that first line has.
